Culinary arrangement for your multiple day tour
For your multiple day tour you can choose for a day arrangement which includes an extensive buffet breakfast, a two course lunch menu, cake in the afternoon and a three course menu for dinner. Throughout the day there is ample coffee, tea and fruit available .
Breakfast
- Honey, jam, chocolate paste, cheese and sliced meat, different kinds of ham, a choice of bread and rolls, butter, muesli, yoghurt orange juice, eggs and coffee and tea
- Same as above with extra salmon and horseradish sauce and salad greens
Lunch
- Pasta with various meat and fish sauces
- Potato and seasonal vegetable stew (vegetarian), also with sausage
- Chili con carne with ground meat, corn and kidney beans
- Captain´s fish dish
- Labskaus (a German sailor’s dish) with beets, fried eggs, gherkins and rollmops
- Strips of pork in a sherry cream sauce with parsley and rice
- Turkey stew with red pepper and pineapple in Caribbean style in ginger sauce and rice


Dinner
- Mushroom cream soup
- Potato cream soup with salmon trimmings
- Tomato soup with Dutch gin and croutons
- Shrimp soup with cream
- With soup we serve freshly baked baguette
Main course
- Fish ragout
- Fresh fish filets, shrimps and vegetables in a light herb sauce
- Turkey slices in Zürich style with mushrooms and fried potatoes
- Viennese beef stew with horseradish sauce, potatoes boiled in broth and served with a garden salad
- Beef Stroganoff with onions, gherkins and red beets
- Roast pork filled with plums and served with red cabbage and potatoes
- Grilled beef with ratatouille (stewed vegetables) and gratinated potatoes
- Duck breast in orange sauce, served with broccoli and potato cakes
- Lamb roast in a thyme sauce with green beans and gratinated potatoes
- Pork cutlets in a Calvados sauce with broccoli and potato cakes
Desserts
- Fresh fruit salad
- Red fruit compote with vanilla sauce
- Mousse au chocolat
