Cruise

  You may choose between individual meals and flat rate deals containing a breakfast buffet, a 2 course lunch menu,
  afternoon tea and a 3 course dinner menu

  Breakfast

  • honey and jam, nutella, sliced cheeses, cold cuts, sliced, a selection of bread and rolls,
    butter, cereal, yoghurt, an egg, orange juice, coffee and tea
  • addition to Nr. 1 above: salmon platter and salad

  Lunch:

  Pasta medley, an assortment of pasta with a variety of fish and meat sauces

  Stews:

  • Stew of garden-fresh vegetables (vegetarian meal)
    also available with meat balls and cooked sausage
  • Chilli con carne
    a hot and spicy Mexican dish
  • The Captain's finest fish stew

Served with fresh baked French bread

  • Labskaus
    a traditional sailor’s meal of mashed potatoes, corned beef, beets, pickles, onions and herring
  • Sautéed strips of pork in a sherry cream sauce served with rice
  • Sautéed strips of turkey, Caribbean style
    in spicy curry-ginger sauce with red bell pepper and pineapple, served with rice

  Dinner:

  Soups:

  • Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Creamy Potato Soup with smoked Salmon
  • Tomato soup with a Dutch genever and croutons
  • North Sea shrimp soup topped with a dollop of cream

    All soups served with freshly baked French bread

  
Main Courses

  • “Catch of the Day” ragout with vegetables, herbs and shrimp
    and a touch of horseradish
  • Sautéed strips of turkey in a mushroom sauce
  • Beef  Stroganoff
    sautéed strips of beef with gherkins, onions and beetroot
  • Swedish pork roast with dried plum stuffing, served with red cabbage and potatoes
  • Fillet of beef in spicy gravy with ratatouille and potato gratin
  • Breast of duck in orange sauce, served with broccoli and potato fritters
  • Pork loin in calvados cream sauce served with baby apples,
    potato fritters and salad

  
  Dessert

  • Fresh fruit salad
  • Rote Grütze, a Holstein specialty
    compote of red fruits and berries served with vanilla sauce
  • Mousse au Chocolat
