The crew

A ship is as good as its crew, as an old sailors lore says. This is especially true on a sailing vessel, where technical support is limited. Therefore you’ll find on our ships a professional crew , focused on good seamanship and social contacts.

Nautical crew

While sailor and bosun work on deck and in the rigging and share their traditional trade with our guests, the first mate is responsible for voyage preparation and safety on board. Furthermore is he the deputy of the captain. Finally, the captain leads ship and crew and is of course host as well. All his experience is used to make every trip a good mix of adventure, relaxation and safety.

The Chef

Another old sailors lore makes the chef the most important person on board a ship. With his art he tames even the rowdiest crew. His art not only works magic on the crew. Exquisite buffets for over a hundred guests, hearty meals at high seas, a barbeque at the beach: apart from ample experience and knowledge, the chef also needs flexibility.

Service crew

Our floating hotel is, service-wise, managed by an experienced chief-stewardess. Her experience and organisation changes a trip on board into a holiday. A carefully kept cabin, purchase of stores, an open ear for our guests’ needs and worries, all this creates a smooth trip and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In all this the chief-stewardess is supported by up to 4 assistants.
